I’m an independent, local Albuquerque real estate broker. RealABQ is my company. By working independently, I avoid the typical conflicts of interest that brokers have when working in larger brokerages – there’s no question who I am representing – you.
“Win-win” is an admirable goal and I embrace it, but when I represent you I’m working for you and you only. Your best deal is my goal. Very few Albuquerque Realtors will act as your exclusive agent but that’s a cornerstone of my business. I act as a fiduciary bound to put your interests above my own.
I use my skills and diligence to simplify the complex. I’m detail oriented and well versed in the ins and outs of the real estate industry.
When I help you close a deal, it’s not the day of closing I care about. It’s the years after. I want the sale we close today to still look like a great deal for as long as you might think back on it. If you are a buyer, for as long as you own that home, right to the day you sell it or pass it on.
I’ve been a broker and agent for over 12 years. My work with buyers and sellers extends from Los Lunas all the way north into Southwest Colorado, where I’ve helping folks buy starter homes, grand residences, retirement properties and spectacular mountain cabins. I’ve brokered complicated and difficult land deals and brought them to successful close and worked with clients on simple vacant lots, short sales, foreclosures and 1031 exchanges.
