New Mexico’s Comics and Comics in Film convention will feature media and comic guests second to none. Along with plenty of futuristically medieval and generally skimpy outfits, there will be vendors, media and panels, gaming, celebrity autographs and photo ops. Comic Con
The Show at The Box
While we’re talking comics, it take cojones to stand in front of an audience, invite them to toss ideas or scenarios at you and then improvise those for laughs. The improv troupe at the Box Performance Space has ’em and does it. The Show runs every weekend in January, starting at 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Ten bucks for lots of yuks.
